The Billion was found. The deficit was covered. The Budget was adopted in the first reading

Deputy corps adopted the current year's draft budget in the first reading on. Twenty tables were presented for the attention of the meeting participants. Discussion of the law-in-draft lasted about nine hours. As a result, decision on almost 250 amendments were adopted. Some of them were rejected, a considerable number was supported in coordination with the government, but there were some amendments, which caused a lengthy discussion not only within the pre-session work, but also during the plenary session.

Final information about the parameters of the updated draft budget 2016 will be formulated tomorrow, today, deputies voted for a draft resolution as a whole.

Deputies can state that only one problem minimum was fulfilled – the law-in-draft was adopted in first reading taking into account voiced comments and suggestions, but also the task of the most - deficit socially protected items was eliminated. Lawmakers with the assistance of the authors of the law-in-draft found a billion, which will save the state from its failure to perform social responsibilities.

The Parliament Speaker Vadim Krasnoselsky commented on the course and outcome of today's plenary session, which at 95% was devoted to discussion of the draft budget for the current year.
