Mikhail Katkov, "The main purpose of the Supreme Council - lawmaking"

Deputy of the II and III convocations Mikhail Katkov told about the role of the Supreme Council in the development of the Pridnestrovian statehood the press service of the Parliament on the eve of his 25th anniversary. The second and third convocations remembered adoption of constitutional laws, codes and other basic documents. Among those who took part in strengthening the foundations of the political system and laying the foundations of the socio-economic base of the republic, was Mikhail Yuzefovich Katkov.
