Mikhail Burla "Destructive position of a number of deputies leads to destabilization of the situation"

Using the authority powers the Chairman of the Supreme Council Mikhail Burla initiated an emergency plenary session at the previous meeting of the presidium. Such powers are given to him by Art. 36 of the Rules of the Supreme Council. The difficult situation in which was the republic, left an imprint on the eve impose its agenda. The plan, inter alia, to discuss the situation in the legislature, as well as in the sphere of pensions. Let-sremember during September and October legislators have repeatedly appealed to the Minister of Labour and Social Protection Oksana Bulanova for explanations regarding the issuance of Russian pensions and social security benefits. It was assumed that this information will be announced at the news hour of executive power in the plenary. In addition, it was listed on the agenda of the President so called regime folders requiring prompt consideration of the deputies, as well as anti-crisis measures set out in the law-in-draft drafted by parliamentarians.

However, the lack of a quorum did not allow for an emergency session of parliament. The same almost list of those who were absent.

For a good cause the plenary meeting was not attended by Oleg Bayev, Anatoly Kaminsky, Vadim Lipsky, Vladimir Pasyutin Yuri Sporish Oleg Khorzjan, Igor Yarych. 9 members do not give reasons for the absence. Among them there are:

Mikhail Burla also drew attention to the fact that participation in the election campaign is not an obstacle for the implementation of its direct deputy responsibility for the full term for which he was elected.
