Today's working day, Speaker of the Parliament Alexander Shcherba began by communicating with voters as part of the reception of citizens on personal issues. The first was a resident of Bendery, Anna Butenko. The house in which she lives, will celebrate the centenary this year together with the October Revolution. It is without facilities, with stove heating. There were originally in its courtyard 4 sheds for storing coal for each apartment, later the tenants themselves built another for firewood, without which the premises cannot be heated. Anna Butenko wants to fix the firewood built in 1962 with him, but these attempts, in many respects "due to" one of the neighbors, remain unsuccessful. The algorithm of actions for getting out of this difficult and ambiguous situation was prompted by the speaker.
Pensioner Vladimir Kurovsky lived in the republic 14 years with his wife, a citizen of the PMR, but is permanently registered in the neighboring Veliko-Mikhailovskiy district of the Odessa region, where he receives a pension. He was interested in what is being done to simplify the procedure for the adoption of Pridnestrovian citizenship. The visitor was informed that a number of laws regulating migration issues, residence permits and citizenship were entered into force this year. Their provisions greatly simplified and shortened all the earlier burdensome procedures. At the same time, Alexander Shcherba did not rule out the possibility of even more liberalization of the legislation in this area after consultations with the head of state. In particular, such criteria can be considered to simplify the procedure for entry into the citizenship of Pridnestrovie, such as living in a marriage with a PMR citizen, owning property, including real estate on the territory of the republic, for a long period of actual residence.
The lack of residence permit led to the reception by the head of the legislature of the resident of Sukleia Alla Kiper, who has been renting accommodation for more than ten years. Previously, it was registered in the village council building, but this time has expired. For this reason, the applicant lost her job, at the local school, where her children go, also require faster registration. To speed up this process, a call to the head of the state administration of this suburban village Mikhail Bodashko, who at the same time also conducted the reception of citizens on personal issues.
Property issues were raised during the dialogue between the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba and Tiraspol resident Leonid Vasalatiy. In 2014, local authorities allocated him a plot of land in the area of the stream "Svetly". The head of the peasant farming ennobled him, began to raise fish, investing his own money. The further situation developed in such a way that the prosecutor's office issued a decree to remove the land plot. The case on the petition of the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources (as it is about water resources) will be considered arbitration proceedings. The head of the legislative authority recommended the farmer to enlist the support of the Tiraspol city council and the city administration, who initially allocated land, up to 2019, in this trial.
