The law-in-draft of Vadim Krasnoselsky was presented by the Chairman of Committee on Entrepreneurship Viktor Guzun. He noted that the legislative initiative is caused by numerous appeals of voters. In this regard, the author of the law-in-draft proposes to give the possibility to young people after graduating from high school to try his hand in business, to put into practice the knowledge acquired at the university. It is proposed to consolidate the benefits for the purchase of individual entrepreneur's patent. They spread to the newly registered individual entrepreneurs - young people who have graduated from high school. In particular, fee for the patent will be reduced by 70% the first year after graduation, in the second - 50%.
