The list of documents required when applying to the State Reserve Fund is reduced. The deputies adopted the relevant amendments to the resolution of the Supreme Council in the final reading. Now it will be easier to get an interest-free loan for the development of a personal subsidiary husbandry.
When applying for the State Reserve Fund to obtain a loan for the development of personal subsidiary husbandry, now it will not be necessary to submit a certificate of family composition, an extract from the house book and a number of other documents. This is not the first time the Supreme Council has made decisions related to loans from the State Reserve Fund.
In addition, at the plenary meeting, the Supreme Council considered the legislative initiative of a group of deputies of the Committee on State Regional Policy. They propose to oblige the owners of non-residential premises of apartment buildings to participate in the maintenance of the entire house. In high-rise buildings on the ground floors or in basements, shops and other commercial facilities are often located. Under current law, the owners of these premises are not required to pay for the repair of roofs, walls and flights of stairs.
By the way, in Russia this problem is settled, and the owners of such premises are responsible for the maintenance of the house, along with all the residents.
A number of deputies during the discussion of the law-in-draft expressed the opinion that for entrepreneurs who own such premises, this will become an additional burden. Indeed, in order to put the premises in order and maintain order in the nearby territory, serious financial investments are needed. As a result, the deputy corps decided to continue work on the law-in-draft and consider all comments and suggestions by the second reading.
