According to the press-secretary of the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma, the deputy head of "The United Russia" Sergei Zheleznyak, Russian parliamentarian met with a delegation of the Supreme Council of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
In the course of the meeting Sergey Zhelezniak greeted the representatives of the new composition of Pridnestrovian parliament and emphasized that the "The United Russia" and the appropriate faction in the State Duma consistently support the expansion of inter-parliamentary, inter-factional and inter-party dialogue with all partners willing to engage in constructive dialogue. The deputy said that the Russians and Pridnestrovians have common history, the centuries-old fraternal relations, cultural and economic ties that cannot be interrupted.
Sergei Zheleznyak emphasized that members of "The United Russia" are ready to expand Russian - Pridnestrovian cooperation, including the possible establishment of joint working groups in key spheres. According to the Russian parliamentarian, the methodical interaction with Pridnestrovian colleagues in the lawmaking continues. In addition, steps will be taken to facilitate the deepening socio-economic, scientific and cultural relations, joint search for solutions to existing problems.
