Medical examination of drivers

A group of deputies of the Committee on the agro-industrial complex, industry, housing and communal services, transport and construction proposed to enshrine at the legislative level the procedure for passing the examination for the state of alcoholic or drug intoxication. The Supreme Council adopted amendments and additions to the laws "On road safety", "On the militia" and the PMR Code on administrative offenses in the first reading.

The initiative of the deputies of the Committee on agro-industrial complex assumes the entry into force of this provision from January 1, 2022. The necessary funding for the purchase of special devices for employees of the internal affairs bodies will be provided for when forming the budget for 2022.
