Winners of the state contest celebrated at the Palace of the Republic. Vice-Speaker Sergei Cheban and Efimy Koval, as well as the deputy Gregory Dyachenko participated at the award ceremony.
The award ceremony was opened by nomination for "The talent and recognition". Workers of culture and art, who maintained and developed the system of artistic and aesthetic education challenged the right to be the best. One of the main tasks of the representatives of the industry - is to promote the spiritual, moral and patriotic education of citizens, adequately represent Pridnestrovie at the international level. The winner in this category was Alla Nesterenko, director of "Children's Art School in Pervomaisk" Slobodzeya district, a teacher with 30 years of experience. Particular attention is paid to strengthening the educational and methodical base of the institution. It is worth noting that its students have participated in international festivals in Moscow and Greece.
The winner in the "Public Figure" was the representative of Slobodzeya district Sincariuc Pavel - Member of the District Council of People's Deputies. He is - an active member of the Public Council of the district. Street lighting, landscaped areas of the city, several playgrounds were opened with his direct participation and initiative. Residents of Slobodzeya characterized the deputy, as a man with a good heart and a broad mind, responsive, able to empathize and to help timely.
State contest "The Man of the Year" will be held in the country since 1996. Its winners were approximately two hundred Pridnestrovians during this time. Another final competition launches the new one. New names of the best will be included to the Chronicles of the state.
