The deputy corps adopted in the final reading the State Target Program for Concessional Lending to Participants in Military Operations to Protect the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic who became disabled of I or II groups. This is a legislative initiative of a group of deputies of the Supreme Council. The law-in-draft was adopted in the first reading by the previous convocation of the Parliament. Initially, the program was designed for 3 years, but it was decided in the process of working on the document to extend its validity by 6 years - from 2021 to 2026.
The law-in-draft defines the mechanism for providing concessional consumer loans. The funds will be provided by the Pridnestrovian Savings Bank. At the same time, 4% per annum will be paid by the borrower, and 13% per annum will be covered by the funds of the republican budget. The maximum loan amount is 25 thousand rubles.
This year's budget includes funds for lending, and those who wish will be able to take out a loan this year. The deputy corps unanimously supported the state target program and adopted the law-in-draft in the final reading. The document has been sent for signature to the PMR President.
