Land payment privileges for all retirees

Pridnestrovian pensioners who have reached the retirement age have land payment benefits. At the same time, the law does not specify for which category of pensioners the benefit is provided – those who receive a pension in accordance with the legislation of the PMR, or the benefit also applies to pensioners who receive a pension under the legislation of another state.

The deputies of the Supreme Council Viktor Guzun and Vadim Kravchuk proposed to eliminate this gap in our legislation and to ensure the right to receive benefits under the law "On payment for land" for all PMR citizens of retirement age, regardless of which state they receive a pension. The Supreme Council adopted law-in-draft with amendments and additions to the law "On payment for land" in the final reading.
