It will be easier to get a license

The government introduced a legislative initiative to the Supreme Council concerning the licensing of certain types of activities. Licensees are invited to free from the need to provide a copy of the certificate of registration in the tax office. The authorized bodies can obtain this information independently, having access to the state register of legal entities.

Previously, the legislative initiative was supported by deputies of the Committee for the Development of Business and Industry.

The law-in-draft was supported by deputies in the first reading. Another law-in-draft concerned the amendment of the law “On the licensing of certain types of activities”. The government proposed to exclude licenses for such activities as conducting local auctions and providing services for mandatory certification.

According to the authors, the effect of the norm will have a positive effect on the activities of entrepreneurs, will expand the possibilities of free business. The law-in-draft is adopted in the second reading.
