13.10.2017

The conference of the International Assembly of capitals and large cities has come to end in Tiraspol. Deputies of the Supreme Council also took part in the sessions of its sections. The heads of two parliamentary committees Victor Guzun and Alexander Korshunov became participants of the session on "Forming a favorable business environment as the basis for solving social problems of the city".

The report on the topic "Reducing Administrative Barriers - the Basis for Improving the Business Climate of the City" was made by the Chairman of the Committee of the Supreme Council for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry Viktor Guzun. The parliamentarian noted that entrepreneurs themselves perceive administrative barriers as an imperfection of state policy or a deliberate infringement of the interests of economic entities on the part of the authorities. The head of the profile parliamentary committee told how the administrative barriers at the city level are being overcome.

Now they are working in the parliamentary committee on eliminating another obstacle that arises on the way of entrepreneurs. Victor Guzun is sure that it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive audit of all permits, create their single register, gradually reducing their number. The main thing is that the procedure for issuing permits must be defined. Work in this direction is already being conducted by both the relevant ministry and the Supreme Council.
