Leaders of the fractions of the State Duma noted that the President drew attention to the problems of families with children, the support of those who were in difficult life situations, the fight against poverty

The support measures were voiced in the Message that people are really looking forward to, because the most important thing is to support families with children, support those who find themselves in a difficult life situation, fight poverty, the deputy noted. According to him, the United Russia faction "is ready to accept amendments to the budget of the current year as quickly as possible for the start of payments to low-income families with children from three to seven years, as well as to increase and establish maternal capital for the first child".

It was noted that the position of Vladimir Putin regarding sources of financing for hot meals for students in grades 1–4 allows us to start work on the corresponding law-in-draft in the second reading.

Payments to class teachers along with the County Teacher program should help solve the problem of staffing schools in rural areas and small towns, said Sergei Neverov. He added that the President’s proposal to increase targeted recruitment specifically to medical schools plays a huge role.

Amendments to the Constitution

According to him, after the relevant amendments to the Constitution, Russia will really retain its national sovereignty forever.
