Volunteer Saturday work was held in Pridnestrovie on the eve of the Republic Day. Participation in restoring order was taken by employees of state and local authorities, enterprises, organizations and institutions, as well as residents of settlements in Tiraspol. There was an ecological event "Cleaning bank of the Dniester". More than 150 people became its participants. The staff of the Supreme Council was among them.

The capital embankment was cleared of debris, including glass and plastic bottles. The initiator of the action is the ecological movement Eco-PMR. The staff of the Supreme Council apparatus responded with joy to the appeal of volunteers to take part in the event. Many of them came to the Dniester with their children, in order to show by personal example - nature must be protected.
