The liberal approach

Economic entities of the Republic, since 2000, been legally restricted in their ability to open several bank current accounts as of ruble and foreign currency, in various credit institutions. This limits their rights, did not create conditions for the development of competition in the banking sector. Later, taking into account the vulnerability of our external economic relations with the outside world, concessions in respect of foreign currency accounts were made. Now it's time to ruble current accounts. Relevant legislative initiative, based on the Russian analogue of the legal, was presented to deputies by the head of state.

Discussing the president's proposal, deputies have repeatedly drawn attention to the fact that over the past four years, members of parliament, motivated entrepreneurs have repeatedly made similar legislative initiatives, but each time were met with a negative conclusion of the Government, motivated by a potential complication of tax control procedures. Now the position of the supreme executive agency suddenly changed the legislative initiative of the President of the possibility of opening ruble accounts in several credit institutions.

The keynote speeches in the debate of deputies Oleg Bayev, Alexander Korshunov, Vitaly Kalin Oleg Vasilata were the words on the need for the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of PMR "On the basis of the tax system in PMR".
