The deputy chairman of the faction Alexander Korshunov conducted the meeting. He reported on one of the issues on the agenda, namely, on amendments to the law "On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the PMR economy". The legislative initiative of the government was adopted during the last plenary session in the first reading. The essence of the law-in-draft is that the state partly subsidizes interest rates on loans to banks due to netting of income tax on credit institutions. Currently, economic agents can not afford long-term loans at 12% per annum. According to the law-in-draft, 7% will be subsidized by the state.

The deputy informed his colleagues that three enterprises, two of which represent the sphere of the agroindustrial complex, and one - the light industry, have already received credits under the current law "On the republican budget 2018". This amount is limited both by the amount of funds, and the effect of the legislative act during this year. It was decided to amend the law "On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the PMR economy" to make the lending process a long-term one. At present, the banking community is studying the applications, business plans and collateral opportunities of 15 more enterprises of loan applicants. The maximum size is 800 thousand euros. The final decision on the issuance of loans to be made to the investment council, members of which are also parliamentarians.
