People's deputies have enriched the legal base of the republic with adopted laws and resolutions that were adopted during the first plenary session of the autumn session.

Parliamentarians adopted a resolution of the Supreme Council, which contains an interpretation of one of the norms of the law "On State Pensions". The republic's prosecutor appealed with the relevant request to the legislature, but only he has the right to interpret the provisions of the current legislation. It is a question of impossibility of the account of the work experience for purpose of pension for that period when a citizen of Pridnestrovie was on the account as unemployed in the employment center and received the grant in the foreign state.

The deputy corps supported in the first reading the legislative initiative of the government to change one of the norms of the law "On Income Tax from Individuals". It concerns the specification of the term "tax resident" with a view to realizing the rights of individuals to receive tax preferences stipulated by this law. Tax residents of Pridnestrovie will include natural persons who are actually located in the territory of the republic, as well as those who are on the territory of PMR continuously, not less than 183 calendar days.

Currently, admission to the state organizations of general education of higher education level (lyceums, gymnasiums) is carried out by competition. However, in the open before in the optimization of the educational system lyceums-complexes and gymnasiums-complexes of the department of primary general education, and (or) pre-school education , and (or) supplementary education implement conventional general education programs. Admission of pupils and students there is carried out on general grounds, and not on a competitive basis. In this regard, the government initiated the adoption of a supplement to the basic law "On Education", which was supported by the Supreme Council in two readings. It excludes the requirement to pass the competition for those wishing to study at the Republican Ukrainian Theoretical Lyceum or the Republican Moldavian Theoretical Lyceum, as well as in other lyceums-complexes and gymnasiums-complexes of the republic.
