The amendments introduced by the parliamentarians in the Administrative Code (the Code of Administrative Offenses) are aimed at bringing to responsibility for the loss and unauthorized destruction of documents on the personnel of organizations, institutions, enterprises. The size of the penalty varies from 25 to 250 MW. This applies to the sphere of social security, including obtaining certificates for the right to provide various types of benefits, on seniority, etc. Loss or destruction of such documents adversely affects people's lives.

Amendments and addendum introduced to the Criminal Code are directed to counteract the turnover of pornographic products depicting minors and among minors. They were adopted by the deputy corps in the first reading. A new article, according to which manufacturers of pornographic products involving minors can be deprived of freedom for 15 years will be in the Criminal Code. It is also planned to tighten the responsibility for the distribution of pornographic materials. Together with the deprivation of liberty, the court has the right to prohibit criminals from engaging in certain types of activities for up to 20 years. The prosecution will be subjected not only to those who spread pornography, but also those who acquire it.

The Supreme Council in the Year of the Entrepreneur adopted a law that protects entrepreneurs from illegal criminal prosecution. It is an unreasonable establishment of criminal cases for the so-called wrestling of business or for causing financial damage to it. Penalties for these unlawful acts are quite strict - from 5 to 10 years imprisonment, as well as depriving criminals of the right to hold certain positions.
