Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov regularly takes part in the sessions of local Councils of People's Deputies. Meetings in this format allow first-hand learning about local problems. Today, the session was held by Bendery deputies. People's deputies approved the city budget. This year this is non-subsidized. Revenues are planned in the amount of 248 million rubles. Expenditures will be used to finance programs for the development of the road industry, arrangement of parking lots. They will pay attention to housing, social and cultural facilities and landscaping.

Speaking generally about the republic, the Speaker of Parliament recalled that in 2017, stabilization of the financial system began. In 2018, work was underway to bring regulatory legislation in line with the tax burden. The law was adopted on state support for investment activities. According to Alexander Korshunov, it is now important to continue to eliminate barriers to the work of entrepreneurs.

Positive dynamics in terms of the migration component. Last year, more were recorded who came and did not leave Pridnestrovie. Nevertheless, the Head of the legislature drew attention of colleagues to the fact that young people were leaving the republic mainly.

This year is anniversary for Pridnestrovie. Preparations are underway for the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory and the 30th anniversary of the republic. Approximately 500 events are planned on the occasion of Victory Day. Work on improving memorable places will be carried out in Bendery.

This year, the arrangement of the city beach in the area of ​​the Bendery fortress will continue. Funds for improving the recreation area will be sent from the Capital Investment Fund. Totally is 1 million 700 thousand rubles. The program-targeted budget planning method yields positive results, said Speaker of the Parliament Alexander Korshunov. This ensures the transparency of public spending.

At the end of the session, the Chairman of the Supreme Council called on Bendery deputies for a constructive dialogue and close cooperation with the highest legislature.
