The conference on the eve of the anniversary

Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeeva, who heads the parliamentary committee on legislation, law enforcement, defense, security, peacekeeping protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens took part in the conference on arbitration proceedings. The participants talked about the history of its development, current state and prospects of development. Vice-Speaker emphasized the importance of holding such events, noted the high professionalism of the representatives of the Court of Arbitration and their active participation in the improvement of Pridnestrovian legislation. Galina Antyufeeva presented a welcome address of the President of the Supreme Council Vadim Krasnoselsky.

During the conference, held on the eve of the quarter-century anniversary of the Arbitration Court of PMR, the new edition was presented - "Scientific-practical commentary to the Arbitration Code of PMR". It was developed in collaboration with representatives of the legal community, the executive and legislative authorities, the Faculty of Law of PSU and the prosecutor's office.
