The team of the Supreme Council is preparing for a regatta among employees of state structures

The team of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic continues preparations for the regatta "President's Family for Healthy Lifestyle". Another training session was held at the Rowing Center of the secondary children's and youth sports school of the Olympic rowing reserve named after Tufanyuk. The team, which includes deputies of the Supreme Council and the Youth Parliament, as well as employees of the Administration, trains twice a week. They cover several kilometers in the course of training. The teams will have to overcome a distance of 300 meters during the competition. The participants admit that rowing is not easy, but interesting.

Many in the team took up the oars for the first time, but there are also experienced rowers. Member of the Youth Parliament Anastasia Sergienko has been rowing since the age of 12. She is a candidate master of sports in rowing.

The President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky took the initiative to hold a rowing regatta in dragon boats. It will be timed to coincide with Republic Day. Competitions will be held on August 26 and 27. About 30 teams from various ministries and departments will take part in it. Playoff competition will take place on August 26, where two crews will compete with each other. The winners will advance to the final where they will compete for prizes.
