The Supreme Council team is preparing for the presidential regatta

The team of the Supreme Council held the first training session in preparation for “The President’s Family – for a healthy lifestyle” regatta and the Super Cup in rowing on Dragon class boats. The team includes deputies and parliamentary staff. This is their first experience of going out on big water for some of them, but there are also experienced rowers on the team. For example, Deputy Gregory Dyachenko, who participated in the regatta in 2022. Rowing competitions on “Dragon” class boats for government employees were held in the republic for the first time then.

Dragon racing in Pridnestrovie has already become a tradition. This sport is available to people of any gender, age and physical fitness. Dragon boat racing is a great way to strengthen corporate spirit, get a lot of positive emotions and just have a great time, according to the Supreme Council team members.

The regatta and Super Cup for rowing on boats of the “Dragon” class “The President’s Family – for a healthy lifestyle” will be held at the rowing base in Tiraspol on June 6-8. Applications for participation were submitted by more than 30 teams from law enforcement and civilian departments, enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership this year.
