When everybody is in difficult situation

Members of the "Obnovlenie" faction discussed the most pressing issues on the consideration of all the deputies at the last meeting. They concerned certain rules, vetoed by the President, adopted laws on the national budget and the state social insurance fund for 2015-2017 years, licensing certain types of business, as well as classes on its patent, amendments to the Electoral Code and others. In particular, discussion on the possibility of lending at expense of recurrent budget peasant farms, were the most polemical. Vetoing this provision of the law on the national budget, the President finds it necessary to direct these funds for social support of young families and young professionals living and working in rural areas.

The Government has launched a legislative initiative on the licensing of this type of business as turnover and sale of tobacco products which are excisable goods. The members of the parliamentary committee opposed the innovation, while offering a compromise - the exception trade in cigarettes and tobacco products from the list of types of business activities, which may carry out on the basis of the individual entrepreneur's patent. This will allow controlling to greater extent over this type of business, receive taxes from it. It is in prospect to make decision on these proposals to be in the plenary.

Procedure for the of signatures collection is to be left as the election campaign attribute. However, in order to grade them in support of one candidate or another the signatures as a limiting factor for its registration (administrative levers using to prevent undesirable candidates to participate in elections) are supposed to consider that inaccuracies in spelling of surnames, names of settlements can not be obstacle to the official registration of the candidate in power. It turns out that the collection of signatures will remain only as a preliminary examination of the candidate with potential voters.

In the last parliamentary elections, the voters and the candidates faced with numerous cases of the use of technology "black PR". For example, complete namesakes, or people with almost identical spellings of names certainly disoriented voters in the voting process were included to lists of candidates in some constituencies of Bendery. Issues relating to the implementation of state employment programs, the possibility of retiring earlier deadlines, spa treatment, including children were also considered in the course of the meeting of the "Obnovlenie" faction.
