On the occasion of the PMR customs authorities formation

Dear employees and veterans of the customs authorities of Pridnestrovie!

I congratulate you on your professional holiday on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf!

Customs officers can rightfully be called reliable "guards" of national interests, national property and loyal defenders of the economic security of the state.

Today, the Pridnestrovian customs is an effective structure that meets all modern requirements that thanks to the professionalism and efficiency of its employees, effectively solves the tasks assigned to it.

The customs service makes a huge contribution to the development of the republic's economy. Facilitating foreign trade, ensuring economic security, protecting the domestic market, replenishing the budget – this is not the whole list of the most important tasks with which you successfully cope.

I am sure that the Pridnestrovian customs authorities, thanks to the high professionalism and responsibility of their employees, will continue to remain a reliable outpost of the state.
