Amendments to the law “On Personal Income Tax” were supported in the first reading. It is proposed to extend the period of validity of the norm providing for exemption from income tax on income in the amount of not more than 50,000 rubles per month paid by a legal entity to an individual entrepreneur when purchasing goods or providing services. The authors of the law-in-draft are deputies Viktor Guzun, Vadim Doni and Vadim Kravchuk.

This norm is extended until March 31, 2019. Recall that from April 1 of next year, a new tax system for individual entrepreneurs will begin to operate. There are three tax regimes to choose. These are the patent and simplified taxation systems, as well as the tax regime for self-employed persons. At the same time, the problem of concluding sales transactions between individual entrepreneurs and legal entities will be fully settled.

Deputies in the second reading supported the amendments to the law “On the individual entrepreneur patent”. Deputy Vitaly Kalin proposed to expand the list of services that may be provided on the basis of an individual business patent, by leasing construction tools.

In the course of the legislations preparation, 18 amendments were prepared in the second reading. Deputy Vadim Kravchuk proposed to consolidate the mechanism of control over the activities of individual entrepreneurs in the residential area. The legislator is sure: the manufacture, sale and repair of products made of wood, metal and gypsum, including carpentry on the patent, are possible if there is a conclusion about compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards and fire safety standards. Thus, the activities of entrepreneurs will not violate the peace and quiet of citizens.

The legislative initiative concerning public procurement in the republic was adopted in the second and final reading. The law-in-draft resolves legal gaps arising from the adoption of a basic law. Recall that the law “On Procurement in Pridnestrovie”, which is new to the legislative environment of the republic was adopted in the final reading by the Supreme Council in November of this year. From the beginning of next year, purchases in the republic will be carried out in a new way. The authors of the law-in-draft are sure: it is necessary to control every state ruble. Procurement will be based on the principles of competition and legitimacy, openly and transparently.
