15.03.2023

The meeting of the Chairman of the Government Alexander Rosenberg with leaders and deputies of all levels took place in the building of the state administration and the district council of Kamenka district and Kamenka on the 14th of March. Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Galina Antyufeeva and Deputy for the constituency number 12 "Kamensky" Valery Babchinetsky took part in the discussion of important for the region problems.

The Chairman of the Government shared the results of 2022 in the course of the meeting, raised issues of reducing the supply of blue fuel to the republic, filling the local and republican budgets, as well as the rational use of energy resources. According to the results of the second half of the year, all state administrations overfulfilled the plan in terms of income, despite the introduced restrictions on the consumption of energy resources for industrial enterprises. At the initiative of the Government these funds were left on the ground to support the regions with the support of the President and parliamentarians, including financing development programs.

The district of Kamenka is agricultural. Agriculture was mainly discussed in the course of the meeting, about land shares and land tax in particular. According to the current legislation, due to the fact that the district is subsidized, the district of Kamenka authorities cannot make decisions on granting benefits for the payment of republican taxes, including payment for land. However, , it is possible to provide deferrals and installment plans for the payment of taxes and fees as part of the support for economic entities in connection with the negative consequences of external factors. Peasant farms must submit a number of documents for this confirming the negative consequences of external factors, the death of crops, the press service of the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic reports.

Acute questions for the Kamenka district is health care, nutrition for children in educational institutions and water supply to remote villages did not remain unanswered. There is a deterioration in the state of groundwater in the district of Kamenka. According to local authorities, it will not be possible to solve the problem at the expense of the investment program of the State Unitary Enterprise "Water supply and sanitation". About 8 million rubles are needed only for the construction of the water supply system in the village of Podoyma, and there are many villages. The leadership of the district city council proposed its own version of solving the problem of water supply to villages. The Government Chairman Alexander Rosenberg proposed a different solution, noting the need to improve the structure of the Capital Investment Fund and include in the program such an area as the development of housing and communal services. The initiative of the Government Chairman will be presented for discussion to the President and the Supreme Council.

Agrarians from Kamenka raised the issue of shortage of personnel in agriculture. The Government Chairman emphasized that optimization of the system of secondary specialized education for the training of workers is being carried out. Topical for the region are the issues of providing ambulances and combating illegal carriers, as well as maintaining solid waste landfills and many others.
