Which approach is fair?

A large number of normative acts of the President, the Government and the Ministry of Agriculture were adopted in the previous five years, with which some land owners land plots were seized and others were transferred. A month ago, members of the meeting of the first Pridnestrovian deputies heatedly and long discussed the situation, which in the information space was called "Black redistribution of land". Then they agreed to delegate three representatives to the composition of the created by the government commission to study this situation: Anatoly Belitchenko, Vladimir Emelyanov and Vladimir Ryliakov.

Last meeting, Vladimir Ryliakov informed consultative assembly colleagues about the decision made by the government commission.

At present, four sessions of the Arbitration Court for Land Issues were held. Two claims were satisfied, and the land will pass to the previous owners, two proceedings continue. The judicial verdict is based on the fact that the former head of state had no right to issue decrees and orders on the transfer of land from one land user to another, since in accordance with the Constitution in 2012 it became the prerogative of the created by the government.

After a lengthy discussion, the founders of the republic decided to address again the president on this issue, insisting on their previous proposal to abolish the decisions of his predecessor in this post as improper.
