Every Russian will get access to the draft budget

The main difference between the draft federal budget of the Russian Federation for the next three years is its complete transparency. All parameters will be posted on a single Internet portal, so that every citizen will be able to familiarize themselves with the planned indicators. Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin sent a draft federal budget for 2019-2021 to the relevant Committee of the State Duma on Budget and Taxes. Today, the document will be considered at the State Duma Council.

He emphasized that it is extremely important to thoroughly examine it before considering the country's main financial law in the first reading. Particular attention should be paid to the implementation of the Message of the President of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and the “May” Decree in the framework of the federal budget.

Thanks to adopted earlier law on that part of the documents can be submitted electronically, the federal budget for three years (namely, a covering letter addressed to the Speaker of the Chamber and a list of documents) fit in an A4 paper envelope. Last year, four officers brought it to the Duma, Andrei Makarov, chairman of the Committee on Budget and Taxes, recalled, introducing the document to journalists.

On October 24, the draft budget is planned to be considered at the plenary session in the first reading. Within a month, every Russian will be able to get acquainted with the law-in-draft.

According to the parliamentarian, the digitization of the main financial document of the country is not just a tribute to fashion, but a means of eradicating the chronic disbelief of Russians towards everything that happens in the public sector.

If we talk about the main parameters of the draft budget for 2019 - 2021, then it will be in surplus for the first time. It is assumed that the budget surplus of 2 trillion rubles should be sent to the National Wealth Fund.

Another important trend is that non-oil and gas revenues are also increasing. It is expected that their growth will be about 16%.

Work on the main financial document of the year began in the Pridnestrovian parliament. The draft budget for 2019 entered the Supreme Council at the end of last week. Today, the document is being reviewed by the economic policy, budget and finance committee.
