Are invited for the dialogue

Public hearings on the issue "Problems of construction at the building surrounding grounds and absence of approval of planning development of human settlements, their master plans" are scheduled for June 23 at 14:00 at the Supreme Council. The discussion will be regarding the law-in-draft "On amendments to some laws of PMR" of the Supreme Council Deputy Oleg Khorzjan, as well as on the legislative initiative of the Bendery City Council, "On amendments to the Land Code of PMR".

Leaders of the republic, parliament, chairmen of city and regional councils of people's deputies, heads of administrations of cities and districts, representatives of ministries of the republic, and the Public Chamber and Chamber of Commerce, the Prosecutor's Office, the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs of Pridnestrovie, and State supervision are invited for open dialogue.

The following questions are planned to be considered during the hearings:

1. The principles and legal framework determining the building surrounding grounds

2. The issue of legalizing buildings at the surrounding grounds

3. The building surrounding grounds infill development authorization

4. The issue of formation and the effectiveness of the Homeowners Association

5. The role of Homeowners Association on reforms of housing and communal services

6. Determination of project development and approval of planning development of human settlements and their general plans

7. The possibility of implementing powers of the state administration of cities (districts) in the provision of land plots in the absence of approval of planning development of human settlements, their master plans
