Housing from the state

401 participants in the hostilities to protect the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic need their own housing in the republic today. They are in the general preferential queue currently. The new state target program provides for the creation of a separate queue for them. Participants in hostilities will receive the first apartments within the framework of the program this year.

The program for the acquisition of housing for participants in the hostilities to protect the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic should be transparent, the deputies noted. Each apartment purchased within its framework will be included in the register, and the order will be published on the website of the Ministry of Protection and Labor.

The deputies adopted the state target program in the first reading today. Work on it will continue. The deputies of the profile committee on social policy have already outlined a number of issues on which amendments will be made by the second reading, in particular, to leave the right for the widow of the deceased during the period of the state program of the participant in hostilities to remain in the preferential queue for housing.

Another proposal was voiced by the Chairman of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture, Public Associations, Sports, Information and Youth Policy Igor Buga. He considers that internationalist soldiers should also be included in the housing acquisition program. Today there are 43 such people in the republic according to preliminary data from state administrations of towns and districts. Appropriate amendments will be made by the second reading.
