The amendments to anti-crisis legislation

20.10.2020

The period of time during which students will be given food packages or monetary compensation will be clarified in the new edition of the law "On measures of state support in connection with introduction of state of emergency and restrictive measures aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus infection caused by COVID-19 virus in 2020". This is legislative initiative of the PMR President. Its deputy corps will consider tomorrow in the mode of legislative necessity.

A state reserve "Dikul" will be created in Pridnestrovie. The relevant resolution will be considered by the Supreme Council. Rare species of animals and plants have been preserved on the territory located near Nezavertaylovka due to the inaccessibility of the tract and its remoteness from settlements. The creation of the “Dikul” reserve will make it possible to preserve this unique corner of nature and its inhabitants, many of which are included in the Red Book of the PMR, Moldova and Ukraine.

In addition, deputies will consider the State Program for Geological Exploration, Protection of Subsoil and Reproduction of the Mineral Resources Base at tomorrow's plenary session. The program is designed for five years and involves monitoring the state of the geological environment, a set of works on the study of groundwater, forecasting landslides, as well as prospecting and exploration for sands and gravel rocks.

The fire department of our republic will be re-equipped. The target state program in the second reading will be considered by deputies in the course of the plenary meeting to be held tomorrow. The program is designed for 9 years and was developed due to the fact that the cars in service with the fire brigade are technically outdated and no longer meet the requirements of the present.

At the plenary session, which is scheduled for October 28, the deputies will consider the legislative initiative of Oleg Petrik in the second reading. It concerns Pridnestrovians who have reached retirement age during the state of emergency - from March 17 to June 15. After adjusting the norms of anti-crisis law, the day of the emergence of the right to it, that is, reaching retirement age, will be considered the day of applying for a pension.

How will the maintenance of water consumption meters be carried out. The Supreme Councvil will consider this issue at the next plenary session. Deputies Anton Onufrienko and Grigory Dyachenko proposed to abolish the norm of the law, which obliges to conclude an agreement for the maintenance of water meters. The final decision on this issue will be made by the deputy corps.

The Supreme Council intends to simplify the procedure for transferring escheat property to a new owner. This is an initiative of a group of deputies. Until now, the transfer of such property has been rather difficult. The apartment was first transferred to the state; a separate decision of the Supreme and local Soviets was required. After that, the property was transferred to municipal ownership. The law-in-draft, which the deputies will consider in the final reading, will significantly reduce the time for all the necessary procedures.
