To get rid entrepreneurs of intrusive monitoring

30.11.2016

The Supreme Council deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky presented the initiative to amend certain provisions of the current law "On the order of conducting checks at the state control (supervision)". The main idea of the proposal is to establish a two-year moratorium on planned inspections for small enterprises (employing up to 50 people), as well as individual entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurs in the course of parliamentary meetings with voters often say that they are tired of the endless tests, when one supervisory authority is followed by others - no time for work. Each requires some documents, to which the funds are spent. The economic situation does not allow employers to pay for it. Parliamentarian Vadim Krasnoselsky offer in this regard to create an environment in which the entrepreneur will be able for two years to work quietly and to plan their activities.

Urging colleagues deputies to adopt the law-in-draft developed by them, the author Vadim Krasnoselsky noted its relevance and the need to eliminate various kinds of administrative pressure on business for development.
