Amendments to the law "On the procedure for conducting inspections in the exercise of state control (supervision)" were developed by the parliamentarian Viktor Guzun in connection with numerous appeals of economic entities. In accordance with the current legislation, the duration of the control measure should not exceed one month, while the law does not specify the type of inspection. The current version of the law does not specify the subject of extraordinary control measures. Based on the appeal of citizens, the supervising authorities initiate a broad check.
Having studied the established practice, the people's representative proposed to legislatively fix the time of unscheduled inspections - 10 days, with the possibility of an extension for 5 days. In addition, the author believes that it is necessary to limit the conduct of the audit on the basis of the subject matter specified in the application or complaint of the citizen. Supervisory authorities will oblige to provide a verified person with a copy of a written application, publication or decision of the President, the Supreme Council, on the basis of which verification is carried out. The law-in-draft is supported by parliamentarians in the first reading.
