The results of the meeting in Rybnitsa were summed up at the video conference

23.05.2023

Some of the issues that were raised in the course of the meeting with the President in Rybnitsa at the end of last week were postponed to collect detailed information on the problem raised by the residents of the district and find the most convenient and fastest way to solve it. The main ones were announced the day before, in the course of the video conference of the President with state authorities, in which the Chairman of the PMR Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov and deputies from the Rybnitsa district took part.

As for the water supply in the village of Kolbasna, Currently, 167 households are currently without water. It is necessary to solve the problem to drill an additional well and install a water tower or connect to the existing system – the water intake of Shmaleny, which is located 15 kilometers from the village of Kolbasna, which is currently used at 15-20% of the production capacity. The second option is seen by most of the meeting participants as more rational. It will be possible by investing 6 million rubles in the pipeline to connect 7 settlements from the Shmaleny system.

This proposal is currently being further studied. President Vadim Krasnoselsky considers that the issue should be closed during this and next year.

The prospects for road works in Rybnitsa district were discussed. The presidential instruction is to send a commission that will examine problem areas and prepare an appropriate information note for further decision-making. Another commission will be created to finally resolve the issue of the fate of the “North” garage cooperative, which includes more than a hundred objects. The essence of the problem is that over the garages, most of which were built back in the 80s of the last century, there is a power line. Some of the buildings have been approved. Others do not provide such an opportunity, referring to the relevant instructions of specialized services. The regulations were updated in 2019. The approach should be unified, Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized. Specialists will study the legal framework and assess the possibility of ensuring security by going to the place.

With regard to already resolved issues, recently restored in the village of Vykhvatintsy permanent fortifications of the Great Patriotic War will be included in the thematic excursion tour at the request of local residents. In addition, the memorial located in this village is to be renovated. Stone slabs will be installed here, on which the names of fellow villagers who did not return from the war of 1941-1945 will be carved. A memorial location will be arranged in the village of Butuchany. A tanker was buried at the local cemetery in 1941, whose name remained unknown. The stone composition on his grave will in fact be a monument to the Unknown Soldier. A significant component of the memorial location will also be a monument to a local resident who buried the soldier on her own and took care of the nameless grave until the end of her days.
