The main pain of voters in Dubossary and the villages of the districts are the roads, the deputies of the Supreme Council noted after the head Ruslan Chaban announced the results of the work for 2021. Part of the Road Fund funds was redirected to the fight against coronavirus due to the pandemic. This year the planned work will be continued. The deputies of the Supreme Council ask to pay the main attention to rural roads. Parliamentarians voiced those areas that in their opinion require urgent attention. So, part of the roads are not paved in the village of Koikovo and Novokomissarovka, but only covered with rubble. You have to drive through these sections through a dense dust cloud in dry weather. In addition, not all transport can reach these settlements.
The Deputy of the Supreme Council for the "Severny" constituency No. 10 Oleg Baev raised the issue of delivering pupils of kindergartens and schoolchildren of some villages to their place of study. There are currently seven school buses in the district. However, residents of the villages of Koikovo, Doibany-1 and Doibany-2 were not included in this program and get by passing transport, which carries the employees of the KVINT plant. This is more than 30 school students and almost the same number of preschoolers. The parliamentarian read out an appeal written by the parents from these settlements.
For now, the company's transport will continue to carry children, however the parliamentarian asks to consider the possibility of buying a school bus at the state expense. Oleg Baev considers that one will be enough for these three settlements. The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky agreed with the opinion of the deputy of the Supreme Council and added that more than 10 school buses for the villages of the republic were purchased at the expense of the budget last year. The vehicle fleet should not only be regularly updated, but also replenished in order to completely cover the need for transport to deliver children to kindergartens and schools.
As for the repair of the roadway, Deputy of the Supreme Council for the "Central" constituency number 11 Boris German proposed to consider the possibility of purchasing a concrete unit for the Dubossary road maintenance section, instead of mobile concrete mixers, which will make it possible to produce higher quality concrete, which in turn will affect the quality of the concrete pavement. The head of the Dubossary district Ruslan Chaban said that such a question was considered in the district. As part of the Development Strategy of Pridnestrovie, it is planned to build a plant for the production of concrete mixtures in Dubossary, and in the neighboring Grigoriopol region - for the production of asphalt. However, due to the pandemic, this issue has been temporarily postponed.
Summing up the results of work for 2021, the Head of state administration Ruslan Chaban noted that work in the district and interaction between various branches of government have changed for the better over the past five to six years.
