The Victory Day celebration results were summed up in the course of the video conference with the President

The President held a video conference with the heads of public and administrative authorities. They discussed the current state of affairs, outlined work plans. Particular attention was paid to summing up the results of the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 celebration. The heads of state administrations reported on the events held. Active participation of citizens was noted despite the unfavorable weather conditions on May 9. The main program was implemented everywhere. The key events – rallies, ceremonies, Immortal Regiment marches, patriotic events, large concerts – were not cancelled anywhere. There were isolated postponements – exclusively with the participation of a large number of children. The heads said that the celebration was not limited to one day. The implementation of a series of events dedicated to Victory Day began back in April. For example, Vasily Tishchenko said that 187 patriotic events were held in the Slobodzeya district from April 29 to May 9. About a hundred were held in the Grigoriopol district during the week, and 85 in Rybnitsa district, the President was informed.

Vadim Krasnoselsky expressed gratitude to everyone who was involved in the preparation and holding of the celebrations, and everyone who took part in it.

The opening of the first block of the Pridnestrovian Museum of History and Local Lore was also mentioned in the course of the meeting. The President instructed the heads of state administrations to take personal control of the provision of digitized materials telling about the cities and regions of the republic during the Great Patriotic War. All information will be accumulated in electronic form in the state museum so that any visitor can get acquainted with it on a single platform. The corresponding technical equipment has been thought out. Repair, construction and design work continues in the museum quarter. The target date for completing the next stage is September 2, 2025. Preparations are already underway for the republic's anniversary. A plan of events has been developed. Vadim Krasnoselsky said that he would hold a meeting to clarify it. The President emphasized that the current year has been declared the Year of the Pridnestrovian People. The President aimed to intensify educational work. He emphasized that citizens of the republic – young and old – should know the history of the people of which they are a part. Instructions were given to prepare and conduct thematic lectures in a format appropriate for the age of the listeners.
