The Round Table Results

The State Duma of the Russian Federation spoke about Pridnestrovie. The round table dedicated to the problems of Pridnestrovians was held in Moscow. It was attended by the deputies of the Supreme Council, headed by the Parliament Speaker Alexander Korshunov. Representatives of the presidential executive office and Deputies of the State Duma were representatives of Russia at the meeting. As a result of the round table, a protocol on cooperation between Pridnestrovie and Russia was adopted to expand the opportunities and support of our citizens and the republic as a whole.

Deputies of the Supreme Council of the PMR hope that after the adoption of the protocol, an appropriate target program on cooperation between Russia and Pridnestrovie, designed for the future, will be approved. This means that our republic at all levels will receive support from the Russian Federation. Russia does not abandon its own people, and Pridnestrovie is in the focus of attention.

The roundtable participants decided that new mechanisms and approaches would be developed that would expand opportunities and support from Russia. This will help to establish constructive cooperation and partnership between the PMR and the Russian Federation, taking into account the current situation.
