Execution of voter orders in the villages of Dubossary district

Major overhaul of toilets in schools and kindergartens of three villages Krasny Vinogradar, Doibany-II and Dzerzhinskoe of the Dubossary district was carried out this year, under the program of the Fund of Voters' Orders. These settlements belong to the "Severny" constituency number 10 of the Deputy of the Supreme Council Oleg Bayev.

The school in the village of Krasny Vinogradar will turn 35 next year, but comfortable and warm toilets in the Krasny Vinogradar school appeared only last year. Several generations of schoolchildren have had to use an outdoor toilet. Toilets in the high school students' building were equipped in 2020: washbasins, hand dryers and mirrors were installed, and most importantly a new boiler. Now students and teachers can use hot water. The lighting system was replaced in the foyer near the dining room, and new washbasins were installed.

“The Fund of Voters' Orders has been operating since 2018. Previously, it was slightly less in amount. 350 thousand rubles are allocated for each constituency of the Supreme Council deputies. Of course, the Fund is necessary because it is the people's choice from this or that district, who can better see what needs to be done. The deputy constantly communicates with his voters, therefore he knows about the pain points and problems of the district. This is the direct connection between the deputy and voters. The availability of the Fund's resources makes it possible to draw attention to problems that sometimes have not been resolved for years. There are a lot of schools and kindergartens in my constituency number 10 "Severny". Therefore, the decision to send money from the Voter Order Fund for the repair of toilets was made knowing and understanding that the living conditions of schoolchildren in rural areas have been resolved rather poorly. For the second convocation we are dealing with these issues, and we are able to improve the conditions of our children who study in elementary grades, in secondary school thanks to the Fund”, emphasized Deputy of the Supreme Council for the constituency number 10 Oleg Bayev.

Sanitary-technical rooms were equipped in the building of an elementary school in the village of Krasny Vinogradar at the expense of the Voter Order Fund this year. The workers installed a new boiler for heating water, adjusted the heating system. Approximately 137 thousand rubles were allocated for the repair of toilets.

The creation of comfortable conditions for studying at the school in the village of Krasny Vinogradar continues, replacement of lighting devices in the near future. Some lamps are already out of order. The school's teaching staff asked the deputy to allocate money for the installation of new fence around the school.

“A huge amount of work has been done in recent years. We are grateful to the deputy of the Supreme Council Oleg Markovich Bayev for trying to help and respond to any requests. We have been interacting together for a long time. For example, on September 1, our first-graders receive school supplies and portfolios from the deputy. This is already a tradition that has existed for many years of cooperation”, added director of the main general education Russian-Moldavian school in the village of Krasny Vinogradar Maria Revenko.

The "Severny" constituency number 10 of the Deputy of the Supreme Council Oleg Bayev includes 21 settlements, 9 village councils, 12 schools, 11 kindergartens and 16 houses of culture. The flow of applications from voters is impressive, the problems are very different. First of all, the parliamentarian tries to help significant social facilities of the district: schools, kindergartens and houses of culture. The program of the Fund of Voters' Orders is necessary in the budget and allows solving a large number of problems in the district, both the deputies and voters are sure.
