He was born December 2, 1981, Nezavertailovca Slobodzeya district.

He graduated from high school №1 in Nezavertailovca in 1999 and entered Pridnestrovian State University named after Taras Shevchenko the history department, department of sociology.

After graduation in 2004 he was sent to work in Tiraspol investment construction company for the position of Assistant Director of Public Relations.

In 2006 he was invited as an assistant to the chairman of the Supreme Council Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance.

From 2007 to 2015 - a Member of the Tiraspol City Council on constituency №1 (West district). Parliamentary activities carried out in the committee On Industry, Business and Environmental Issues. Since 2009 - deputy chairman of the Tiraspol City Council. In 2010 he was elected chairman of the Committee on Industry, Transport, Construction, Trade and Consumer Protection.

2011 - 2013 - Chairman of the Youth Parliament of Pridnestrovie.

Since 2012 the director of "StroyKonsaltingGrupp".

In 2015 he was elected a deputy of the Supreme Council of the VI convocation.

He was awarded the Jubilee Medal "20 years of PMR".
