Probationary Period into the Pension Seniority

The deputies of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Galina Antyufeyeva, Stepan Stepanov, Oleg Petrik and Valery Babchinetsky proposed to include the time of their probationary period in the length of service for law enforcement officers. This period is usually up to six months. It will be taken into account when assigning pension to those who serve in the internal affairs bodies, the penal system, the service of bailiffs, tax and customs authorities, prosecutors and the Investigative Committee. The corresponding changes were supported at the plenary session in the first reading.

The Supreme Council will consider this issue in the second reading at the next plenary session.
