Investing in the future

There was a ceremony of awarding prizewinners and diplomats of the annual "Zhemchuzhinka" competition in the central office of “The Obnovlenie” (Renewal), in which teachers of preschool educational institutions of the republic demonstrated their achievements, the website party reported. The competition was held under the auspices of the party, its youth wing and the "The Future of Pridnestrovie" charity foundation. "Zhemchuzhinka" is rapidly gaining popularity: if a year ago 20 kindergartens took part in this competition, today more than 100 kindergartens took part in this competition.

The works were evaluated in the nominations "Different opportunities - equal rights", "Health improvement, physical education and sports", "Artistic and aesthetic education of preschool children" and several others. The jury included well-deserved workers of public education, veterans of pedagogical work. Awards and prizes were received by representatives of 21 pre-school institutions from Tiraspol, as well as Rybnitsa, Dubossary and Grigoriopol districts. The leader of “The Obnovlenie”, vice-speaker of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeeva congratulated the winners, noted that in the republic there are many talented teachers who come up with new forms of education and upbringing of children, do not stand still, work on themselves, improve their qualifications.

Member of the party, parliamentarian, chairman of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture Mikhail Burla noted that working with pre-school children is the most difficult, requires daily self-giving. He emphasized the hope that the competition platform will allow teachers not only to demonstrate achievements, but also talk about problems, express wishes.

Teachers warmly thanked the organizers of the competition for the opportunity to prove themselves. On behalf of residents of Rybnitsa (among the awardees - representatives of seven kindergartens of the city and the district) the chief of the public education department Yanina Safronova spoke. She noted that the implemented projects in the sphere of education and education of the younger generation are good investments in the future of the republic, in its citizens.
