One-time benefit in the amount of 242 minimum wage can be received when adopting a child under 18 years of age. This benefit was previously paid only in the case of adoption of a child under 14 years of age. Deputies adopted the Government's initiative in the second final reading at the plenary session. Another proposal of the executive body of state power, supported by deputies, concerns an increase in the amount of a one-time benefit for the adoption of a disabled child, a child over 7 years of age, and children who are brothers and sisters. The amount of such a payment will be 2500 minimum wage (about 26 thousand rubles). The new provisions in the law "On state benefits to citizens with children" will come into force on January 1, 2025.
Citizens of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic with registration at the place of residence for at least 1 year will be able to obtain the status of "large family". This opportunity was previously only available to citizens of the PMR with a residence permit or registration at the place of residence on the territory of the republic, as well as foreign citizens and stateless persons with a residence permit in the PMR. Parliamentarians supported at the plenary session the relevant amendments to the law "On state support for large families" in the second final reading, which were developed by deputies of the Committee on Legislation, Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens Galina Antyufeeva, Grigory Dyachenko and Oleg Petrik. The new measures will come into force on January 1 next year. It will be possible to establish the fact of termination of employment in court in a special proceeding. The deputies supported the relevant amendments to the Civil Procedure Code of the PMR in the second final reading at the plenary session. Changes were made to the Labor Code of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. It established the right of the Ministry of Social Protection and Labor to regulate the procedure for maintaining work books in the event that labor relations are terminated by court order. The new rules will come into force 14 days after the signing by the President and official publication. The deputies adopted in the final reading at today's plenary session the law on the approval of "Development of the state educational institution "Taras Shevchenko Pridnestrovian State University" state target program for 2025-2029".
