Each time this decision was preceded by a serious debate. The Supreme Council considers that it is necessary to put an end to this issue. There is a demand for imported second hand cars "city" in the republic. According to the representative of the Ministry of Regional Development, fifteen hundred such cars were registered in 2015. According to the authors of the law-in-draft, in the existing socio-economic conditions, the scope of the age limit should be expanded from 10 to 15 years. Relevant ministries, supporting initiatives proposed in the preparation document for the second reading to prescribe in it, that the money collected from customs duties when imported second hand vehicles will be directed solely at improving road infrastructure. The amendment, if it is an official application will be considered in due course.
