The government, in the framework of harmonization of Pridnestrovian legislation with Russian, sent to the legislative agency the law-in-draft "On amendments to the Law of PMR "On the basis of the tax system in PMR" in April this year. It was presented to Deputies by Finance Minister Alla Skibenko at today's plenary session of parliament.
According to her, the aim of the proposed innovations in the basic law is enshrining of the duties of a taxpayer (legal entity) to report to the tax control authorities of structural units for which information is not contained in the state registers, as well as changes in the tax previously reported authorities information about them. In addition, the law-in-draft establishes time limits within which the taxpayer is obliged to provide them, - 10 days from the date of creation or modification of the structural unit of information about him and five of the adoption of the parent organization's decision to terminate the activities (closing) of the structural unit.
Deputy Gregory Dyachenko reminded his colleagues that when deciding on the law-in-draft, they should remember that, in enacting a new rule of law in case of violation of administrative liability. For information, the Code of Administrative Offences establishes administrative responsibility for the failure of business entities to the tax authorities within the prescribed time information about the location or change the location of the organization, its structural units or divisions (branches, representative offices, offices, shops, stores, warehouses, retail outlets etc .) in the form of a fine - for officials in the amount of 50 to 200 MW (current level of the minimum wage).
26 deputies voted for the adoption of the law-in-draft initiated by the Government in the first reading, 5 parliamentarians did not support it.
