The Information on the Activities of the Parliament in the 4th Quarter

13 legislative initiatives were placed for consideration by the Supreme Council from the subjects of legislative initiative during the fourth quarter of 2015. Two sessions of the Presidium of the legislature were conducted, there were not plenary sessions.

238 people addressed by means of the Department of reception of citizens of the Supreme Council during the reporting period, including the address of the deputies - 153. 13 people did not leave written appeals.

The leadership of the Supreme Council considered 64 written applications, registered by the Department of reception and appeals of citizens, and sent 72 orders, including:

- 61 - to parliamentary committees and deputies,

- 11 - in the agencies and departments of the republic.

45 responses were sent to the applicants during the reporting period.

Chairman of the Supreme Council, his deputies held a reception, during which 6 people were received.

Activity of the legislature was blocked due to the absence of a number of deputies of the 5th convocation of the plenary meetings of the Supreme Council, since September 16, 2015. According to the decree of the President of PMR the first plenary session with the participation of the elected November 29, 2015 deputies of the Supreme Council of the 6th convocation took place only 23 of December. These factors explain the fact that in the 4th quarter of last year there was only one meeting of the parliamentary committee.
