The game for everyone

Promotion of healthy lifestyle and popularization of game sports - this goal was set by the organizers of the Open Cup of the Presidential Administration of the PMR on volleyball. The competitions, which all interested persons could become, were held in the territory of the village of Blizhny Khutor, where the sports complex was recently renovated. Decent physical preparation and love of the game was demonstrated by the teams of the Administration of the President, the Supreme Council, the State Service for Sport, the Youth Parliament, the Pridnestrovian State University and Hi-Tech company.

The development of mass sports today is one of the priority areas of state policy. Great attention is paid to the restoration and construction of sports facilities in all cities and regions. For example, last year, the stadium after reconstruction was opened in the city of Slobodzeya, now the stadium "Dynamo" is being restored in Bendery. Modern sports grounds have appeared in many Pridnestrovian villages. The sports complex in the village of Blizhny Khutor, the opening of which is planned for the near future, is one of such positive examples.

The oldest participant of the competition was the 70-year-old Vladimir Belozerov, who plays for the team of the Presidential Administration. In his opinion, the love of sport makes a person young.

As a result of the competition, the team of Hi-Tech won the main prize. Representatives of the parliament took the second place. All the teams were given souvenirs. Both the participants and the fans received a charge of good mood for the whole coming week.

Despite the fact that the first place goes to the strongest in the sport, in the competition among fans of an active way of life the victory was won, first of all, by friendship.
