A new advisory body under the Chairman of the Supreme Council - a consultative assembly of the first Pridnestrovian deputies started today. As defined by the position of the new structure, its main purpose is the participation of experienced and reputable citizens of the republic in solving the most important social and political issues. The Supreme Council Chairman Vadim Krasnoselsky addressed the deputies - "pioneers".
According to Vadim Krasnoselsky, social and economic situation requires non-standard, responsible decisions from the Supreme Council that can change lives of Pridnestrovians for the better. Rich experience of the legislative and political activities of deputies who created our republic, with arms defended its freedom and sovereignty, in demand today than ever before.
Members of consultative assembly were briefed with interest on the visit Vadim Krasnoselsky and representative of the parliamentary delegation to the capital of the Russian Federation and the meetings held there. The speaker spoke about the activities of the legislature, what today prevents parliamentarians to perform the work in strict accordance with the law, and how they intend to also strictly within the law, to deal with it.
Veterans deputies closely monitor the work of the Supreme Council. This was demonstrated firsthand by a large number of topical issues that they addressed to the head of the legislative body. When will be adopted the law on the negotiation process, is anybody from the current members of parliament involved in the process; what is the fate of the anti-crisis initiatives; do deputies intend to continue to work on the legislations of economic areas, which are not available to sign the government - that is not the full range of topics of interest to members of the consultative meeting.
Subject and useful conversation on the parliamentary site will continue. The next meeting is scheduled for 17 March.
