Igor Buga, “We form a single ideology for the youth”

Representatives of "The Successors of Victories" Republican social movement summed up the year and decided on plans for the future. The reporting meeting of activists of the military-patriotic club was held according to tradition at PSU named after Shevchenko. The event was chaired by the head of the movement, the chairman of the parliamentary committee on public associations, sports, youth and information policies, the internationalist warrior Igor Buga.

The President is the leader of the Common Pridnestrovian National Forum and "The Successors of Victories". Today, these are the most powerful movements that united authoritative public organizations of the republic. During this year "The Successors of Victories" held about 120 events of various scale and orientation, including two nationwide military-patriotic gatherings. The meeting in the village of Stroentsi, which brought together young people from all over the republic is planned to be annual. Great results were achieved in search work: this year, excavations continued in the powder cellar of the bastion of St. Vladimir of the Tiraspol Fortress, where the remains of the victims of political repression of the 1930s were discovered.

The representative of the State University provided great assistance in the excavations carried out by "The Successors of Victories". This aimed volunteers of the movement to complete the work in the coming year. According to the calculations of historians, it remains to raise and reburied about six hundred remains. According to Igor Chetverikov, work is currently continuing to restore the names of the executed.

Speaking about the plans for 2019, the head of the movement, Igor Buga, called on young people to maintain momentum.

In the course of the meeting "The Successors of Victories" signed two more cooperation agreements with the Ministry of Education and the Black Sea Cossack Host public organization in order to broaden the horizons of goals and introduce more youth into the spirit of patriotism.
