In winter and in summer

Since last year, there has been a legal provision that gives the right to those who do military service and study at a university in part-time or evening to provide study leave during the winter session. As practice has shown, during the period of military service, it is necessary to additionally grant the right to pass intermediate certification not only during the winter, but also the summer session. The corresponding legislative initiative was proposed by the President. The parliamentarians, emphasizing the importance of the amendments, adopted it in two readings.

Adopted in the final reading the law was directed to the President for signature.
